*Demonstrates a mature form in all locomotor skills
*Demonstrates mature motor patterns in combination (dribbling a ball while running, etc.)
*Demonstrates smooth transitions between sequential motor skills (running into a jump, etc.)
*Exhibits the ability to adapt/adjust to changes in the environment (throws to a moving target, adjustments for a new partner, etc.)
*Demonstrates control in movement activities and balancing activities
*Can identify elements of basic movement patterns (characteristics of a throw, a jump, etc.)
*Applies movement concepts to a variety of basic skills
*Uses feedback to modify and improve personal performance
*Experiences and expresses pleasure from physical activity
*Engages in moderate to vigorous physical activity outside of P.E. class
*Engages in sustained physical activity that causes increased heart rate, breathing, and perspiration (the three signs of vigorous exercise)
